Haley Anne May of Fayetteville has been selected as one of 28 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2010 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
May was the 2009 Homecoming queen at Arkansas Tech and a two-time member of the Homecoming court. She has served as an officer in Zeta Tau Alpha, as a member of the Panhellenic Council and as a resident assistant.
A four-year employee of the Arkansas Tech Bookstore, May has been active in intramurals throughout her time at Tech. She has volunteered at Dover Elementary School and London Elementary School.
May has earned a spot on the Dean’s List in each of her semesters at Tech. She received a university scholarship and a Montgomery/Broyles Academic Scholarship.
Daughter of Shelly and Mark May of Fayetteville, May will graduate from Tech in May 2010. She is majoring in early childhood education.
