Tabitha Leann Horton of Booneville has been selected as one of 29 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2011 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Horton served as president, vice president and secretary of the Arkansas Tech Pre-Med Club. She was also active in the Chemistry Club, Tri-Beta Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Alpha and Order of Omega.
A member of the Dean’s List in multiple semesters, Horton volunteers with the River Valley Christian Clinic.
Tammy Horton of Booneville is her mother. Horton will graduate from Arkansas Tech with a degree in biology in May 2011.
