Norman Hall Gallery Schedule Announced

Arkansas Tech University has announced dates for events taking place at the Norman Hall Gallery for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

Sept. 6 – 30 Arkansas Tech Art Faculty Exhibition, opening reception Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 3 p.m.

Oct. 4 – 29 Brandon Sanderson, assistant professor of Printmaking, University of North Carolina (Pembroke). “Genius Loci et Memento Mori” prints and drawings.

Nov. 8 – 30 Fourth Annual Juried Tech Students Competitive Exhibition. Juror: Dr. Rod Miller, associate of art professor, Hendrix College. The awards presentation/reception: Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. in gallery.

Feb. 1 – 28 Daniel Freeman, Local Artist (Russellville) Prints and Drawings. Artist Talk/reception: Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. in gallery.

Mar. 7 – 31 Blaine Caldwell, professor of art, University of the Ozarks. “Retrospective”. Sculptures and Drawings. Artist Talk/reception: Wednesday, Mar. 9 at 3 p.m. in gallery.
Apr. TBA Graduating Senior Show Exhibitions. Openings and dates TBA
