Arkansas Tech University broke ground this weekend on a bell tower that will be named in memory of former Arkansas Tech Coach Sam Hindsman.
During the ceremony, Tech alumnus and benefactor Robert Norman announced that the Hindsman Tower committee has exceeded its goal of raising $300,000 for the project.
