Lydia Grate is the fall 2010 recipient of the T-Smooth Scholarship at Arkansas Tech University.
Grate (right) is a senior from Atkins. She is studying speech communication, broadcast journalism and public relations.
The scholarship is made possible through the generosity of T.J. Smith (left).
Smith is a 2005 journalism graduate from Arkansas Tech and an on-air personality for 92.3 FM in Little Rock.
