Barbara Bethell, Chairwoman of the board of Girl Scouts Diamonds Council surprises Dr. Jo Alice Blondin at Arkansas Tech University – Ozark Campus on Wednesday with flowers for the Women of Distinction Prize Patrol. The award, initiated in 1995, recognizes women who are positive role models for all women and who provide leadership as well as donate their time and expertise to the community.
