The Arkansas Tech University Department of Athletics will host guest speaker Jim O’Keefe of BlueChipCareerNetwork for a presentation about the transition from college student to working professional on Monday, Oct. 31.
The presentation, which is free and open to all Arkansas Tech students, will begin at 7 p.m. in Rothwell Hall room 138.
According to the BlueChipCareerNetwork Web site, O’Keefe is the founder and owner of a service that helps student-athletes make a successful college to career transition. He is a certified career coach and a member of The Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
