Matthew Thomas Parker of London has been selected as one of 36 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2012 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”
Parker has served as an officer for Student Government Association and as a member of Presidential Leadership Cabinet, the Public Relations Student Society of America, the Church of Christ Student Center, Alpha Tau Omega and Young Democrats.
A Dean’s List selection in multiple semesters, Parker has worked as a resident assistant in the Arkansas Tech Office of Residence Life, as an orientation leader and as a student worker in both the Arkansas Tech Office of Student Services and the Arkansas Tech Sports Information Department.
Son of Teresa and Herb Parker of London, Parker will graduate from Arkansas Tech in May with a double major in English and journalism.
