Student Activities Board is hosting a zombie movie marathon today as Zombies vs. Humans continues.
The movies will begin at 4 p.m. in the Doc Bryan Lecture Hall and end at approximately midnight.
The marathon will begin with “Shaun of the Dead” at 4 p.m. The movie stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Kate Ashfield. It is the story of a man who wants to turn his life around, mend relationships with his ex-girlfriend and mother, while dealing with his community who has returned from the dead to consume humans.
At 6 p.m., SAB will show “Dawn of the Dead,” starring Sarah Polley, Ving Rhames and Mekhi Phifer. The movie tells the story of a nurse, politician, salesman and a young married couple who have survived the plague and camps out in a shopping mall.
At 8 p.m., “Land of the Dead” will tell another story of people who are making efforts to avoid the living dead. The movie stars John Leguizamo, Asia Argento and Simon Baker.
“Night of the Living Dead” will begin at 10 p.m. to complete the marathon.
There is no cost to attend the movies for students with a valid Tech I.D.
The events will be sponsored by Student Activities Board, the International and Multicultural Student Services Office, Greek Life, and the International Association of Emergency Managers.
