A reading of the U.S. Constitution was held Monday in the Doc Bryan Rotunda at noon in celebration of Constitution Day.
Many members of Arkansas Tech’s faculty, staff, administration, students and community leaders took part in the reading.
Constitution Day marks a celebration of the ratification of the U.S. Constitution in 1787 and serves as a remembrance of the diligence and strength of 39 brave men.
Organizers say they hope that Constitution Day will develop habits of citizenship in a new generation of Americans.
