Members of the Arkansas Tech University community will have the opportunity to help Tech students persist until graduation during the SignATUre Weekend of Giving.
From now through Sunday, gifts made to benefit the SignATUre Weekend of Giving will help Arkansas Tech establish the Fight On Fund.
The fund will provide emergency assistance for students facing unforeseen changes in their life circumstance that could prevent them from reaching graduation.
An anonymous donor has already pledged a $10,000 matching gift, and Arkansas Tech hopes to raise the additional $10,000 by 11:59 p.m. Sunday evening to establish the fund.
Those wishing to promote the weekend are encouraged to use the hashtag #atugift on social media.
