Members of the Arkansas Tech University community learned about local and sustainable food as part an event on campus earlier this month.
The Anthropology Club hosted Food Day 2015 last week to celebrate eating locally and the diverse food options that are available for Tech students.
Throughout the event, students could enjoy food, music and information from a variety of cultures, including many represented at Arkansas Tech.
