The Department of Music at Arkansas Tech University will present a concert entitled “Tech Trumpets and Friends 2016” on Thursday, March 17.
The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Witherspoon Auditorium, which is located at 407 West Q Street on the Arkansas Tech campus in Russellville.
Guest ensembles scheduled to perform include groups from Pinkston Middle School in Mountain Home, Clarksville High School, Morrilton High School, Cabot High School, Van Buren High School and Fort Smith Northside High School.
Displays in the Witherspoon Hall lobby will educate guests and participants on the history and evolution of the trumpet.
