Arkansas Tech University Student Government Association will host a reception celebrating the opening of the third floor balcony at the Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6.
The balcony has typically remained closed since the facility opened in 1999. SGA members successfully lobbied to open the balcony so that students, faculty and staff may enjoy it when the weather is pleasant.
Refreshments will be served at Wednesday’s reception.
