New Menu Debuts Thursday at PRHA Lunch

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will serve up items from a new menu for its spring 2016 lunch series event at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, April 7.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The meal, which will include soup or salad, one entrée, one dessert and beverage, will cost $9.95 per person plus tax.

Fried Chicken (Served With Cole Slaw and French Fries or Cajun Style Rice)
Korean Beef BBQ (Served With Fried or Steamed Rice and Pan-Fried Dumpling)
Fried Beef and Cheese Ravioli (Served in a Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce)
