Arkansas Tech University students are helping area elementary school students have a better understanding of the constitution.
Earlier this month, students traveled to several local elementary schools to present a lesson about Constitution Day.
The students shared several activities with the area students and worked to explain the significance of the document.
Sponsored by the Department of History and Political Science at Arkansas Tech, the annual event is designed to promote civic awareness.
