Flavors originating in the Land of the Rising Sun will be on the menu when the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration hosts the Thursday, Oct. 13, edition of its fall 2016 dinner series at Williamson Hall Dining Room.
Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m.

Cost for the Oct. 13 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Pork Katsu (Panko-Crusted Pan-Fried Pork Loin Served with a Traditional Japanese Brown Sauce, Shredded Cabbage Salad and Your Choice Fried Rice or Steamed Rice)
