Several Arkansas Tech University web resources, including OneTech, Pharos and Blackboard, experienced a service interruption on the morning of Tuesday, April 4.
Personnel from the ATU Office of Information Systems worked to isolate and resolve the issue with assistance from the vendors that provide those services. The service interruption was due to storage controller issues and was resolved by 10:50 a.m.
