Arkansas Tech University finished 24th among a field of 32 teams at the 2017 NCAA Division II Central Region Championships for women’s cross country, which were held on Saturday, Nov. 4, in Kearney, Neb.
The Golden Suns’ top individual finisher was Aubre Gilreath. She completed the 6-kilometer course in 23 minutes, 51.67 seconds to finish 101st. A total of 217 runners completed the race.
Cami Hedstrom (137th, 24:39.13), Logan Edwards (144th, 24:44.91), Halle Gilreath (154th, 25:01.99), Mallory Morris (172nd, 25:34.47), Lauryn Doublet (189th, 26:29.12) and Megan Bradley (196th, 26:51.71) also represented Arkansas Tech in the season-ending regional meet.
