Dr. James Moses, professor of history at Arkansas Tech University, will offer a presentation entitled “The Southern Rabbi and the Civil Rights Movement: The Case of Ira Sanders of Little Rock” in Dr. Robert Charles Brown and Jill Lestage Brown Hall room 134 on Friday, April 20.
His will be the sixth and final ATU Interdisciplinary Research Series lecture of the spring 2018 semester. It will begin at 3:30 p.m. A reception will follow, and all members of the university community are invited to attend.
Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Tulane University. He has been a member of the ATU faculty since 1999.
