Dr. Aaron McArthur, assistant professor of history at Arkansas Tech University, is the inaugural ATU Online Innovation Award winner.
A faculty review committee chose McArthur for the honor from a field 22 eligible nominees. Among the 23 courses that were submitted for review, McArthur’s Digital History course (HIST 3273) received the highest marks.
McArthur has served on the ATU faculty since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Idaho State University, and he earned Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
