Barrett Baber, an Arkansan who rose to fame through his appearances on season nine of the NBC television show “The Voice,” will offer a performance at Arkansas Tech University on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. in Doc Bryan Student Services Center Lecture Hall.
Admission will be free for all students with a valid ATU identification card. The concert was originally scheduled for the Hindsman Tower lawn, but it was relocated due to heavy rain in Russellville in recent days.
Baber’s full-length album “A Room Full Of Fighters” debuted in the top 10 on iTunes Top 100 Album Charts and was featured in Walmart stores nationwide as part of Coca-Cola’s summer campaign in 2017.
He released the single “Fight On” in April 2018 and is working on a new recording project tentatively set for release in early 2019.
The Sept. 25 Baber concert at ATU is sponsored by the Arkansas Tech Student Activities Board.
