Bernadette Hinkle, vice president for administration and finance at Arkansas Tech University, has announced the appointment of Sandra Mabry as construction coordinator in the Office of Facilities Management.
As construction coordinator, Mabry will manage all aspects of university construction including both capital construction and remodels.
Renovation projects at Williamson Hall, the Chartwells Women’s Sports Complex and the new home of the ATU Department of Public Safety on North El Paso Avenue as well as the creation of a cybersecurity lab space are underway or in the planning phase.
Planned construction projects include a new campus entry as well as a student recreation center and student union.
Mabry has more than 15 years of construction management experience in higher education and 12 years experience in property management and construction. She lives in Conway and has two daughters, Natalye and Kristina Chudy.
