Sometimes we all just need to chill out for a minute.
The Arkansas Tech University Department of Residence Life will provide one such opportunity when it hosts De-Stress Fest 2019 from 1-4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, in Baswell Techionery rooms 202, 203 and 204.
All ATU students are invited to participate in massages, painting, coloring, meditation and other soothing activities as a means of decompressing before the start of final examinations for the fall 2019 semester.
Jerry the Bulldog, ATU campus ambassador, will be available for photos and hugs beginning at 1 p.m.
