Scholarship is a key part of the history of Tomlinson Hall. The building is currently home to the Graduate College, the Office of International Admissions, members of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and classroom space. 

Prior to 1999, the building was the library and provided hundreds of students across the ATU campus with a place to research, study and learn more about their chosen field at Arkansas Tech.
