Arkansas Tech University will observe the Independence Day holiday and act in accordance with its summer hours schedule by closing at noon Thursday, July 2.
Closing at noon Thursday, July 2, will allow employees currently under contract to receive their full eight hours of vacation for the Independence Day holiday.
ATU’s campuses in Russellville and Ozark are typically closing at noon on Fridays through July 31, 2020. Employees are adding one hour per day to their typical work schedules Mondays through Thursdays as part of the summer hours schedule.
ATU will resume post-holiday operations at 7:30 a.m. Monday, July 6.
