Arkansas Tech University has completed a migration to the Ellucian Cloud for all Banner and Banner-related software systems. Part of this migration involved updating OneTech to a new platform called Ellucian Experience, which has given OneTech a visual overhaul.
Functionally, everything users accessed through the old version of OneTech is still available. The new system uses cards that can be pinned to the user’s personal OneTech homepage to access needed tools quickly and efficiently.
Error messages about validating SAML may appear while navigating the new version of OneTech for the first time. This should be resolved by clearing the browser’s cache and cookies. Click below to access tutorials:

To help ease the transition to this new platform, the ATU Office of Information Systems has provided a knowledge base with several articles that will answer some frequently asked questions.
