Arkansas Tech University journalism students collaborated with Arkansas Nuclear One on an emergency preparedness drill in February.
The ATU students, accompanied by faculty member Megan Toland, visited the joint information center on the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton campus and played the role of reporters by asking questions during a mock press conference.
A.J. Chauffe, Doug Davis, Jaci Palmer, Elly Stone and Ellie White were the ATU students who participated in the drill.
