Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center’s Second Monday Author Series will welcome Ginger Beck and Michael Schwarz for a Feb. 10 presentation at Arkansas Tech University.
They will speak beginning at 7 p.m. in room 300A of Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center, 305 West Q Street Russellville. Admission will be free and open to the public.
Beck and Schwarz are two of the authors of “Abandoned Arkansas,” a book that documents locations such as Dogpatch USA, the Majestic Hotel, sanatoriums, schools, motels, jails, cafes, cemeteries and more.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase and the authors will participate in a book signing. There will be a drawing for a free signed copy.
