Students needing extra money to attend college have through today to apply for the new lottery-funded Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship.
Those awarded the scholarship could receive up to $20,000 over four years to help cover the cost of going to school. Entering freshmen and students who are not currently receiving the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship are encouraged to apply for the scholarship.
Those students who receive the scholarship on the Russellville Campus will receive $5,000 per year. Students who are attending classes on the Ozark Campus will be awarded $2,500 per year.
