Monday, December 6 was a landmark day in South Franklin County as the second adult education site opened in Franklin County.
Arkansas Tech University – Ozark Campus, Franklin County Adult Education, and the Charleston School District collaborated to open the facility located at 125 West Main Street, on the campus of the Charleston School District.
Mr. Brad Kent, Franklin/Logan County Adult Education Director stated, “We are proud to offer facilities for Adult Education in South Franklin and the need for this new office was evident by the attendance of several people who were interested in taking classes.”
