Contestant Amanda Collins is from Dardanelle, Arkansas. Amanda’s parents are Debera and Jackie Collins Sr. During the talent portion of the pageant, Amanda will present a comedic monologue entitled “The Star-Spangled Girl.” Amanda’s critical issue is preventing alcoholism among youth, and she is sponsored by her parents.
