An independent evaluation agency has determined that Arkansas Tech University is home to one of the United States’ top 25 online bachelor’s degrees in organizational leadership for the 2020-21 academic year.
Learn.org utilized data from the U.S. Department of Education and each university’s website to determine its rankings.
According to Learn.org, programs were selected based on “unique features offered to students, such as flexible program formats, available concentration areas and hands-on learning experiences.”
The ATU Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership is housed in the ATU College of eTech.
According to information provided by the College of eTech, the Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership “provides students with comprehensive, specialized instruction in the application of leadership concepts highly sought after by employers across a wide variety of settings and career paths.”
Leadership theory, leadership development, supervision, workplace learning and communication, non-profit leadership and community development, globalization and diversity and organizational change are points of emphasis within the program’s curriculum.
ATU students who pursue the Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership may choose to concentrate their studies in agricultural business, child development, criminal justice, industrial/organizational psychology, inter-college or public relations.
