The Arkansas Tech University Office of Research and Graduate Studies reminds ATU employees the university offers multiple opportunities for them to further their education with graduate certificates or degree plans.
Employees who are at least three-quarter time or full-time receive full tuition waivers for classes. Dependents of employees who qualify can receive a waiver for up to 50 percent off their tuition cost.
Programs range from electrical engineering to teaching English to speakers of other languages to fisheries and wildlife. In all, there are more than 30 master’s degrees and advanced credentials from which to choose.
Programs that may be of particular interest to those employed at an institution of higher education include the Master of Science degree in student affairs administration and the newly-created Master of Arts degree and Graduate Certificate in organizational development and learning.
