Forbes has named Arkansas Tech University one of the 20 best employers in the State of Arkansas.
Along with partner Statista, Forbes conducted 80,000 surveys of employees at businesses and non-profit organizations that employ at least 500 individuals between October 2019 and May 2020.
Safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting were among the factors in the survey. Respondents were also asked to indicate how likely they would be to recommend applying for employment at their organization to others. All surveys were conducted anonymously.
Founded in 1909, Arkansas Tech University employs approximately 1,075 faculty and staff through campuses in Russellville and Ozark.
