Arkansas Tech University campuses in Russellville and Ozark will operate virtually beginning at noon on Thursday, Jan. 9, and all day on Friday, Jan. 10, due to inclement weather in the region.
ATU staff members will work remotely during this period of virtual operations.
Some essential in-person operations, including food service, public safety and facilities maintenance, will remain available in order to serve residential students on the Russellville campus.
ATU’s home basketball doubleheader against Oklahoma Baptist University on Thursday, Jan. 9, will be played at 3 and 5 p.m. at Tucker Coliseum. ATU’s home basketball doubleheader against Southern Nazarene University on Saturday, Jan. 11, will be played at its originally scheduled times of 1 and 3 p.m.
ATU campuses will re-open and classes for the spring 2025 semester will begin on Monday, Jan. 13.
