Arkansas Tech University is ranked one of the five most affordable American institutions to earn an online master’s degree in emergency management and homeland security in a 2020 list published by Affordable Schools.
The rankings are based upon average cost of attendance, student-to-faculty ratio and graduation rates.
ATU was recognized for the performance of its Master of Science degree in emergency management and homeland security.
Arkansas Tech has conferred more than 1,100 emergency management degrees since the late 1990s. In addition to the master’s degree in emergency management and homeland security, ATU also offers a Bachelor of Science degree in emergency management.
In 2005, ATU became the first institution of higher learning to have its degree programs accredited by The Council for Accreditation of Emergency Management Education.
