The Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center will show clips from the film “Freedom Riders” and host a post-screening discussion in Pendergraft Library room 300-B on Wednesday, April 20.
Clips from the film will begin at 7 p.m. At approximately 7:45 p.m., Arkansas Tech alumna Barbara Lackey will share her experiences as one of the first three female African American graduates of the university.
A sign-in sheet will be available for students attending for class credit.
Admission will be free and open to the public.
