Dr. Tracy Cole, assistant professor of legal studies in the Arkansas Tech Department of Accounting and Economics, has received the 2010 Arkansas Tech College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award.
Cole has served on the Arkansas Tech faculty since 2007. Among the courses that she teaches is legal environment of business, which provides students with a framework of domestic and international business law and how social and political factors influence the creation and enforcement of those laws.
Cole earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2003.
