Arkansas Tech University alumni and friends will gather in Hot Springs Saturday for the annual “Day at the Races”.
Members of the Tech family will meet at Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, and those taking part will have a reserved seating area throughout all of the races on Saturday.
The fifth race of the day will commemorate and honor Arkansas Tech University alumni and friends, as it will be named the Arkansas Tech Alumni Classic.
Organizers say they hope lots of Tech supporters will don their Arkansas Tech and Saint Patrick’s Day green and make plans to attend.
Tickets to attend the day are $7, which includes admission and seating in the reserved grandstand area.
