Monday is the deadline to purchase tickets to attend the alumni ice skating event, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 6.
Alumni and their families will be at the Arkansas Skatium in Little Rock from 4:30-6:30 p.m. for an afternoon of ice skating.
The event was originally scheduled for January 30, but was postponed due to inclement weather.
Alison Parks, coordinator of young alumni, says she hopes many alumni attend. She adds, “This is a new event for young alumni. Since many young alumni have families, we wanted to have an event that allows them to connect with other alumni while providing a fun environment for the whole family.”
Parks says while the event is designed for young alumni, all Tech graduates are welcome to attend.
The cost to attend the skating event is $9 per person, which includes the skate rental and ice time.
