Young alumni planning to go ice skating with Arkansas Tech young alumni have until Friday to register to participate. Young alumni and their families will be hitting the ice at the Arkansas Skatium on Saturday for an afternoon of skating and visiting.
Alison Parks, coordinator of young alumni, says Saturday’s event is designed for young alumni and their families. She adds, “Since many young alumni have families, we wanted to have an event that allows them to connect with other alumni while providing a fun environment for the whole family.”
Parks says though the event is designed for young alumni, all Tech graduates are welcome to attend.
The skating event runs from 4:30-6:30 p.m., and organizers say the cost to skate is $9 per person. Those wishing to attend are able to register online or by calling the Arkansas Tech Alumni Office.
