Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, professor of teaching and educational leadership and director of the Master of Education degree program in instructional design and technology at Arkansas Tech University, will speak. The audience will include a delegation of seven visitors from the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program.
