The Arkansas Tech University choirs will present their Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the Witherspoon Building Auditorium.
The concert will feature performances by both the University Men’s Chorus, under the direction of Jon Clements, and the University Women’s Chorus, under the direction of Holly Ruth Gale.
The University Choir, Concert Chorale and Chamber Singers, conducted by Gary Morris, will also take the stage during the concert.
Literature performed will include “Shenandoah,” “Tango to Evora”and “Cantate Domino.”
Russellville Middle School student Cameron Johnson will join the Arkansas Tech Concert Chorale during its performance of “Chichester Psalms” by Leonard Bernstein.
Morris, director of choral studies at Arkansas Tech, said he first heard Johnson when he performed a solo this past summer at a choir camp.
The concert is free of charge and the public is invited to attend.
