An efficient offensive attack helped Arkansas Tech University earn a 25-20, 25-15, 25-16 victory over Henderson State University in Great American Conference volleyball at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Thursday night.
The Golden Suns (22-5 overall, 12-0 GAC) finished the match with a team hitting percentage of .343. They made 44 kills and 10 attack errors in 99 total attempts.
Kaylee Konsella (10 kills), Kaci Jackson (nine kills) and Hunter Eshnaur (eight kills) were among Arkansas Tech’s offensive leaders. McCall Wilkins and Katie Huff added seven kills apiece.
Sarita Stegall notched 38 assists and Madison Nagel contributed 17 digs for the Golden Suns, who won their 16th consecutive match and maintained a two-match lead for first place in the GAC standings.
Arkansas Tech will visit the University of Arkansas-Monticello for a 6 p.m. match at Steelman Fieldhouse on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
