Chad Harwood has earned the BKD Accounting Scholarship at Arkansas Tech University for the fall 2010 semester.
Harwood is a senior accounting major from Vandervoort in Polk County. His parents are Carla and Leon Harwood.
The BKD Accounting Scholarship at Arkansas Tech is awarded to accounting students based on academics and promise in the field of public accounting.
According to its Web site, BKD is the 10th-largest CPA and advisory firm in the United States.
