International students from Arkansas Tech headed west over the weekend to visit Oklahoma.
The students traveled to Tulsa to visit the Oklahoma Aquarium. While in Tulsa, the group also spent the afternoon shopping at the Woodland Hills Mall.
Diane Birge, assistant director of the Office of International and Multicultural Student Services, says the students had a great time learning about all the different animals at the aquarium.
Birge says her office plans multiple trips each semester to expose international students to the numerous cultural opportunities that exist in the United States.
