The Junior Auxiliary of Russellville is hoping area residents will “Jazz It Up” this weekend for the annual Junior Auxiliary Charity Ball.
The ball is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, and this year’s theme is “Jazz It Up with Junior Auxiliary of Russellville.”
The 2010 Charity Ball is being held at the Arkansas River Valley Boys and Girls Club.
The event features dinner, a silent auction, dancing and special recognition for life and associate Junior Auxiliary members.
Junior Auxiliary is a national non-profit organization that empowers women to be active and constructive community participants. Members render charitable services, which benefit the general public with particular emphasis on children.
Organizers say the ball is one of the largest fundraisers for the Russellville Junior Auxiliary.
