Contestant Jenn Owens is from Ozark, Arkansas. Her parents are Brenda and Tom Owens, and during the talent portion of competition, Jenn will present a recitation of “Amor, Amor.” During the pageant, Jenn will promote understanding English as a second language as a critical issue, and she is sponsored by the student organization Delta Zeta.
