Several art students at Arkansas Tech will have their work featured in the 5th Annual Juried Student Competitive set to open Thursday.
The juror is Dawn Holder, Assistant Professor of Art at the University of the Ozarks.
The show will premiere to the public Thursday. The opening reception and awards presentation will be next Tuesday at 3 p.m.
The first place winner will receive $150, second place will receive $100, and third place will receive $75. Additionally, two honorable mention winners will be the recipients of a $30 gift card, one to Hobby Lobby and one to the Arkansas Tech Bookstore.
The show will be open to the public until Wednesday, Nov. 30. Admission is free. The gallery is open 8:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
